1. The Local-First Principle
AI To-Do List is built upon a strict local-first architectural paradigm. We do not require accounts, logins, email verification, or cloud storage syncing.
2. What Data We Store
All task items, descriptions, priority tags, Eisenhower quadrants, completion statuses, and optional API keys entered by you are saved strictly inside your web browser’s window.localStorage.
- No task data is sent to our servers.
- No task data is logged, sold, or shared with third-party advertising networks.
- You retain 100% ownership and control over your data at all times.
3. Optional Third-Party AI API Calls
If you choose to enter a Google Gemini API Key in the settings modal, requests for deep neural decomposition are sent directly from your browser client to generativelanguage.googleapis.com via secure HTTPS. We do not proxy, inspect, or intercept these requests.
4. Cookies and Telemetry
We do not use intrusive tracking cookies, fingerprinters, or behavioral surveillance pixels. Your theme preferences (light/dark mode) and tool settings are stored locally in your browser cache.
5. How to Delete Your Data
You can permanently purge all data generated by this tool at any moment by clicking the "Clear Entire Plan" button in the workspace, or by clearing your browser's site cookies and local storage.
6. Contact Regarding Privacy
If you have inquiries regarding our local-first implementation, please contact us via our Contact Form.
